Shipping policy

EXCHANGES
You can exchange your pair for another size. Please contact us to arrange the exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item. Buyers are responsible for all exchange and shipping costs. Custom items do not qualify for exchanges.

RETURNS
*We gladly accept returns. Returns should be made within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
*Shipping / Express shipping costs are non-refundable, as this money was used to ship your item. 
*The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
*The customer is responsible for any additional Customs charges when you return products to Greece.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Orders are shipped via DHL express worldwide and Hellenic Post.  After the order is processed by us, the delivery time will be approximately as follows:

Greece: 1-2 business days
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
United States: 4-7 business days
Europe: 1-2 business days
Australia: 1-2 weeks
